My Win

Look what arrived in the mail - for ME - all the way from the other side of the world! How lucky am I to WIN all of these wonderful goodies.

I am blown over by the generosity of Elizabeth and liZ. You should have heard me as I opened the parcel. Mr TMW can attest to how happy I was / am. To top it off, the girls had to pay overseas postage; not a small amount.

So far I've made several items, in my head, with the gorgeous When Skies Are Grey fabric...

759 items (skirts, quilts) were made for Skirting the Issue this year. Of that huge number, I made five skirts. Congratulations, liZ and Elizabeth, on co-ordinating such a successful sew-a-long - so much work and time involved in running such an event. I know I'll be joining in again next year. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for sending your most generous prize. I still can't believe it!!!
