ReplyDeleteThe 12 Days of Christmas do-it-yourself challenges are a wonderful way to remain merry and healthy too! For the healthy snack challenge, I prepared a very nutritious and filling smoothie using fresh fruits and Olpers milk – perfect for a little indulgine during this season.
