Remember, these linkys are ongoing, so you can continue to add projects throughout the year. Add as many projects as you would like.
Our twentieth linky for 2012 is everything Jackets, Coats, Raincoats and Ponchos for kids and adults. If you have previously linked up a jacket in another category, feel free to link it up here again.
Jackets, Coats, Raincoats and Ponchos
Link up any family friendly posts that you have written on jackets, coats, raincoats or ponchos. Your posts might (but don't have to) include any of the following:
- how you made it
- tutorials
- photos
- pattern reviews
- tips for making
- what you learnt
Guidelines for linking up:
- Each post needs to be about jackets, coats, raincoats or ponchos.
- Link to a specific post (not the home page of your blog).
- No direct links to shops or giveaways.
The fine print:
- By linking up, you are giving me permission to use one of your photos in a feature. I will, of course, link back to your post, giving you full credit.
- By linking up, you are giving me permission to pin your post to Pinterest. I pin all features to Pinterest, unless you specifically request me not to.
- By linking up, you are giving me permission to share your post on social media - Facebook, Twitter, Google+
If you'd like:
- Subscribe to Threading My Way (GFC, RSS, Linky Followers, email), to keep up to date, to see if you've been featured and to know when the next themed party starts.
- Grab a button to spread the word about Threading YOUR Way with Threading My Way and put it somewhere on your blog.
- Visit some of the other links. Everyone loves comments.
I usually post Features each Saturday on Threading My Way. Features are chosen from all of the linkys, not just the most recent.
I look forward to seeing your jackets, coats, raincoats and ponchos...

ReplyDeleteThanks Pam for the chance to share!
ReplyDeletePam your blog is such a wonderful resource! Thanks for all the work you put into it!
ReplyDeletePam , took me a moment to remember that on your side of the globe you enter winter , while we shade or winter covers. Hope you have a great winter , mirjam
ReplyDeleteGlad to be able to participate again this week Pam, sewing has been slow this week as I'm unwell, but of course, I couldn't wait to add the new coat I made recently!!

I have a poncho in the works! It was supposed to be done weeks ago. This is good motivation for me to finish it...maybe even tonight! :-)
ReplyDeleteHi everyone,
ReplyDeleteI had a quick question for you. I am new to the sewing world. :) I do all my things by hand. (I don't have a sewing machine. I can't afford one at the moment.) What do you recommend? I am hoping to make my own clothes and home decor. I know I need more practice before attempting clothing, but I started with an eye mask and a storage box. What other projects should I try to guide me towards my goal. :)
Thanks in advance
P.S. My soon to be brother-in-law is willing to lend me his sewing machine to learn. :) I am so excited to start.
DeleteCushions are another easy project, also fabric baskets and tote bags. Skirts are an easy piece of clothing to begin with. You won't know yourself once you start sewing with a machine. Have fun!!! Would love to see what you create.
DeleteThanks, Pam. :D
DeleteThank you for hosting and bring inspiration to us!!! I added my crochet shawl...hope you like it.

ReplyDeleteWhen my boyfriend broke up with me 4 weeks ago..
I did everything to get my boyfriend back but nothing worked.
I contacted a relationship doctor i saw online.
I told the relationship doctor everything,
He promised to fix my relationship problem.
I am the happiest lady on earth right now,
Never too late to fix your broken heart.
You can still get your lover back...
Fix broken relationship/marriage...
My relationship was restored as promised,
My Ex-boyfriend came back,
He promised never to leave me again
Everything happened just in 3 days..
I RECOMMEND YOU TO __________________

I couldn’t help but notice how some of the featured jackets and coats would pair perfectly with the latest kulture products. The blend of modern aesthetics and traditional craftsmanship in kulture products seems like a natural match for the innovative styles presented in this link party. For instance, a sleek, contemporary jacket from the party would look amazing with a classic kulture scarf or accessory, adding an extra layer of sophistication and flair.
ReplyDeleteI love the variety of jackets and coats shared in this thread! It's amazing how the right outerwear can completely transform an outfit. On a side note, I recently had to go through an insurance claim restoration process after some unexpected damage to my home, and I can't help but compare it to selecting the perfect jacket or coat. Just like finding the ideal piece to fit your style, insurance claim restoration requires careful attention to detail to ensure everything is properly addressed. Thanks for sharing these great pieces, and I hope everyone is staying warm and stylish this season!
