I know many people avoid sewing anything that involves zippers. However, once you overcome the fear and sew your first zip, you'll wonder why you waited so long. Today's showcased tutorial shows just how easy it is to make a zippered pouch.
Josie, from SewforSoul, shows how to make a Lined Zippered Pouch, with a contrasting panel. The instructions follow on from the fab tutorial on mastering perfect corners with tabs that I showcased last week. Josie takes you through each step of the process, so you can make your own zippered pouches.
Be warned - you won't stop at one zippered pouch. In no time at all you'll be churning them out.
Josie added her zippered pouch to the Purses, Pouches & Clutches link party. You might like to check out the following links at the Purses, Clutches & Pouches linky...

I'm glad I didn't know, years ago when I learned how to do zipper bags, how addictive they are - this is an addiction I quite enjoy! I just came up from the dungeon (basement) after finishing one little zippy, and kitting 2 more to work on as time permits :D
