It's great when Indie designers offer some of their sewing patterns for free. With so many new designers around, sampling a free pattern enables us to see the style, standard and suitability for our needs. Today's post will introduce you to a designer who offers many of her patterns for free.
Daniela, from On the Cutting Floor, shows how to make the Jeanette Dress with her free sewing pattern. A semi fitted knit dress featuring a round neckline and flared raglan sleeves, the dress can be colour blocked or made up in one colour. As well as the pattern pieces in sizes 4 - 22, the free download also includes a drafting tutorial specifically for this dress, so it can be made to fit exactly.
Daniela added the Jeanette Dress to the Dresses for Women link party. There are a few new links you may like to check out in the Women's Dresses linky...
