Featuring ~ Crocheted Scrunchies ~ Pattern

Scrunchies have made a comeback. Whether they be sewn from fabric or crocheted, scrunchies are once again a fashionable hair accessory.

Liz, from Howling at the Moon, whipped up her super cute crocheted scrunchies in an evening. She has written instructions so you can make some, too.

Providing you crochet, that is. It's been a long time since I've done any crocheting, and then it was just simple granny squares for a blanket. Not sure that I like the term granny squares any more. Funny how our perceptions change over time.

Do you crochet?

Liz added her crocheted scrunchies to the Hair Accessories link party. You might like to check out the following sewing scrunchie tutorials also from the Hair Accessories linky...

... Pam

  1. Thank you for featuring me, Pam!

  2. I love these! They're so pretty and look really easy to work up!

  3. Haven't see you publish for a while. Hope all is ok?

  4. What size hook did you use please?

    1. Hi Becky, These were made by Liz, from 'Howling at the Moon'. Here's the link to ask her directly...

    2. Hi Becky, Here's what Liz said...
"I used a 3mm hook, because that was the size the yarn gave, but I guess you have to use a larger needle size if the yarn you use is thicker."
