Last week I showed you Mayra's Anti Pickpocket Bag. Mayra has taken some ideas from that bag, added a few details suggested by readers, and come up with a new shopping handbag that she has named Gleam.
Mayra, from So Sew Easy, shows how to make an RFID Shielded Shopping Handbag, which helps prevent electronic pickpocketing. Two layers of RFID shielding are attached to the main fabric pieces, as well as inserted as lining and making up the inner zippered pockets. Included with the free pattern, is a removable pouch.
Mayra added her RFID Shielded Shopping Handbag to the Bags & Totes link party. You might like to check out the following projects at the Bags & Totes linky...

This is such a beautiful bag. Pam, your site is my go-to-bag idea for making gifts now. There are so many wonderful bags here to make. I'm currently making your little drawstring bag (that I've made before several times) as a birthday gift for one of my girls to take to a party.
