Solids Only Tote Challenge...

I've had a busy sewing month, so I'm late to get started, but finally, I've started my tote for the Solids Only Tote Challenge. Here's the appliqué work I've done so far.

I've decided on the shape I want and know in my head how it will all (hopefully) fit together. I haven't decided yet on the interfacing and / or wadding that I'll use. There's plenty of time to decide that.... 12 days till the end of the month when the tote is due to be finished. Eeeekkk....  think there'll be a few late nights.


Actually, I haven't done any sewing yet, but some of the appliqué shapes are fused on and the ric rac is cut.


Tomorrow I'll see what everyone else has been up to for the Friday Night Sew In and Thursday Think Tank.

    Pam - I can tell that the tote is going to look GREAT!

    I decided to do the machine applique on the other side of my tote but have not started yet.
