Have you come across ChrisW Designs? Christine is a fellow Aussie who designs and sells PDF bag patterns. I have my eye on the Amy backpack. I know it's only 3 weeks till Christmas and I have a quilt to finish, not to mention lots of other things, but I know a little one who would love this bag.
If you pop over to Christine's blog today, you might learn a little more about me.
... Pam
Nice interview Pam. Now I know a bit more about you and what you sew.
ReplyDeleteThanks for a great interview Pam! :)
ReplyDeleteLovely interview pam!!
ReplyDeleteNice to learn more about you, Pam!
ReplyDeleteI love supporting fellow Australian designers! The Amy backpack looks fantastic, especially for a little one. It's tempting to start new projects right before Christmas, isn't it? I'm juggling a quilt and holiday prep myself. My niece is obsessed with the music from friday night funkin ; she'd probably adore a bag to carry her tablet and headphones so she can listen on the go. Maybe I should add it to my list!
ReplyDeleteOkay, backpack dreams dancing in my head, Christmas looming like a deadline monster! ChrisW Designs' Amy backpack is calling my name despite the quilt project threatening to engulf me. Christine sounds like a design wizard. You might even discover something about the commenter, which is a sneaky way to build curiosity. Speaking of deadlines, I remember trying to finish a handmade gift card for my friend last year when I had an important presentation coming up, I end up rushing my gift. It was like a Slope Game of time management, trying to balance everything and avoid crashing into total chaos.
ReplyDeleteChrisW Designs' Amy backpack looks amazing! I'm also juggling Christmas prep, like finishing a quilt. Distraction? A quick round of Snow Rider 3D to clear my head. Gotta find time for everything, especially with little ones who'd adore that bag.

ReplyDeleteWow, bag patterns from down under, eh? Amy backpack sounds intriguing, especially with Christmas breathing down our necks. PDF patterns offer a modern convenience for crafters. I wonder if the backpack construction is complex. Reminds me of the time I tried to build a birdhouse from a sketchy online plan, utter chaos! The angles were all wrong, it looked like something out of geometry dash, totally warped and unusable. I ended up just buying one. Quilt before the backpack then, I guess.
